Platform Nature Quiklly is a technology-enabled marketplace platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers (“Partners”).  Quiklly does not provide services directly  Quiklly does not employ service partners  Partners operate as independent contractors  Quiklly is only responsible for facilitating bookings and payments

2. No Service Guarantee Quiklly does not guarantee:  Quality, suitability, or outcome of services  Timeliness or completion of services  Professional qualifications or certifications of partners All services are delivered at the sole discretion and responsibility of the Partner.

3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiklly shall not be liable for:  Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages  Injury, loss, or damage during or after service  Loss of property, theft, or mishandling  Service dissatisfaction or unmet expectations  User agrees to use services at their own risk

4. Partner Conduct Disclaimer Quiklly does not control or supervise:  Behavior, conduct, or actions of service partners  Tools, materials, or methods used by partners Any issues arising from partner conduct are between user and partner.

5. Pricing & Variations Prices shown on the platform are indicative and subject to change based on:  Actual service scope  On-site conditions  Additional requirements Final pricing may differ from initial estimate

6. Third-Party Tools & Materials Quiklly is not responsible for:  Quality of third-party materials/products used Allergic reactions, damages, or failures due to such materials

7. Force Majeure Quiklly shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by:  Natural disasters  Government restrictions Traffic, strikes, or unforeseen events

8. Digital Platform Errors Quiklly is not liable for:   App/website downtime  Technical glitches  Booking failures or payment delays

9. User Responsibility Users agree to:  Provide accurate information  Ensure safe working conditions  Supervise high-risk services (if required)  Any risk due to unsafe environment shall be borne by the user

10. Indemnification Clause (Strong Protection) User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Quiklly from: Claims, damages, or losses arising from service usage Disputes between user and partner  Misuse of platform

11. No Warranty All services and platform features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 12. Legal Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in: Delhi
